Runtime Admissibility
One bound commitment. One current state determination. One verifiable result.
RAIN Admit is built on Runtime Admissibility, RAIN's patent backed architectural primitive. It binds each authorized commitment to an agreed, versioned condition set that no participant can silently alter.
Current evidence is evaluated against those bound conditions at the consequence boundary. Each ADMIT, HOLD, or DENY result is signed and cryptographically bound to the conditions, evidence, and verified engine that produced it. Each determination creates a durable, verifiable record for accountability, including audit, regulatory review, and dispute resolution.
Authorization determines whether an action may begin. Runtime Admissibility determines whether a shared commitment may still create consequence under current conditions.
